We reminded ourselves that prosper literally means “to go forward with hope” while despair literally means “without hope.”
Then we channeled the healthiest among us (and the healthiest versions of ourselves) by committing to APPROACHING our challenges with hope rather than avoiding them out of despair.
Today I want to revisit one of the most powerful ways to do that.
In fact, it’s arguably THE most powerful (and perhaps also the simplest) way to bridge the gap between despair and hope.
