It takes a lot of humility to slow down.

But if we’re willing to go slow enough for long enough, we’ll build sustainable aerobic speed and be able to go really fast while maintaining the same heart rate.

Take that long-term view, and test it out! Find that edge where you’re in your aerobic zone and then have the discipline to not go past it.

Consistency over intensity.
